Vertika Films has started working in the field of entertainment since 2010. We at Vertika Films believe that Indian literature has vast range of stories. Transforming literature for small/big screen is a great thing as they were all written keeping Indian taste and sensibilities in mind. Moreover, they are completely different from the saas-bahu drama that have almost ruined the television culture, which we used to have in the time of Hum-Log, Buniyad, Nukkad etc.
Our first venture in process is a literary work. A novel "Kittee" (कित्ती) by Sh. Ajit Pushkal. It is a story of Kittee's struggle in life. We are trying to make a television serial of this novel. We finished the pilot and now will be trying to pitch it in different channels. Hope we will meet mind-like people very soon, and will be able to showcase our work in front of the audience as soon as possible.
